Version: 1.0
Company: DASTAVEZ.NET (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the standards of conduct and content for everyone using the Dastavez.net platform, whether as a Survey Publisher, Respondent, or visitor. It is incorporated into the
Terms of Service and applies alongside the Value Coins & Rewards Terms and, for Publishers, the Survey Publisher Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose and Scope
1.1  This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the standards of conduct and content for everyone using the Dastavez.net platform (the “Platform”), whether as a Survey Publisher, Respondent, or visitor. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service of DASTAVEZ.NET (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and applies alongside the Value Coins & Rewards Terms and, for Publishers, the Survey Publisher Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Â The purpose of this AUP is to keep the Platform safe, lawful, and trustworthy for research: honest questions, genuine answers, and fairly earned rewards.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not create, upload, publish, distribute, or link to content on the Platform that:
- is unlawful under the laws of Pakistan or the laws applicable to you or your audience;
- is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading;
- constitutes hate speech, or promotes violence, terrorism, or discrimination against any person or group;
- harasses, threatens, intimidates, or bullies any person;
- is obscene or pornographic, or sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any way (such content will be removed and reported to relevant authorities);
- infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other right of any third party;
- promotes illegal products or activities, including illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or human trafficking;
- contains malware, spyware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data; or
- impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
3. Prohibited Conduct — Platform and Security
You must not:
- access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorisation, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform except through an authorised disclosure process;
- interfere with or disrupt the Platform, including by imposing an unreasonable load, launching denial-of-service attacks, or bypassing rate limits or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform, or scrape or extract data by automated means, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, verification, or fraud-prevention features;
- use the Platform to send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial communications;
- resell, rent, or provide access to the Platform to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan; or
- use the Platform to develop a competing product, or systematically copy its content, structure, or design.
4. Prohibited Conduct — Surveys and Data
In addition to the Survey Publisher Terms & Conditions, you must not:
- use Surveys for phishing, credential harvesting, or social engineering, or to solicit passwords, full payment card numbers, banking credentials, or one-time codes under any circumstances;
- collect personal data through Surveys without a lawful basis, adequate disclosure, and any consent required by applicable law;
- collect special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, or biometric data) unless lawful, expressly disclosed, and consented to as required;
- target minors with Surveys without legally valid parental or guardian consent, or direct reward-incentivised Surveys at children;
- use collected data for purposes materially different from those disclosed to Respondents, or sell Respondent personal data;
- disguise advertising, lead generation, or recruitment as research (“sugging” and “frugging”), or run push polls designed to spread claims rather than gather opinion; or
- publish Surveys designed to deceive, manipulate, or spread disinformation.
5. Prohibited Conduct — Reward System Integrity
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, emulators, device farms, or any automation to complete Surveys or earn Value Coins;
- submit fabricated, duplicate, random, or bad-faith responses to obtain rewards;
- create or operate multiple accounts, use false identities, or misrepresent demographic or eligibility attributes to access Surveys or rewards;
- collude with Publishers, Respondents, or third parties to generate rewards without genuine research activity;
- Mint, transfer, or attempt to redeem Value Coins for any purpose other than rewarding genuine Platform participation, including money transmission, value storage, or resale; or
- abuse the Starter Pack, referral, or promotional mechanics, including by cycling subscriptions or coordinating accounts (Terms of Service Section 8).
6. Enforcement
6.1 Â Dastavez may investigate suspected violations using automated and manual review, and may take measures including: content removal; feature restriction; withholding, reversal, or forfeiture of Value Coins; suspension or termination of Accounts; and reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
6.2 Â Proportionality. Measures will be proportionate to the severity, intent, and recurrence of the violation. Except where immediate action is necessary (fraud, security threats, unlawful content, harm to minors, legal compulsion), we will notify the affected User with reasons and, where the violation is remediable, an opportunity to remedy.
6.3 Â Review. You may contest an enforcement measure through the review procedure in Section 8.6 of the Terms of Service. We review in good faith and restore content, Accounts, or Value Coins where a measure is found to have been applied in error.
6.4 Â Nothing in this AUP obliges Dastavez to monitor all content, and no failure to enforce in one instance waives our right to enforce in another.
7. Reporting Violations
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact support@dastavez.net with a link or identifier of the content, a description of the violation, and your contact details. Reports concerning personal data misuse may also be sent to privacy@dastavez.net. We review reports promptly and act in accordance with Section 6. Where required by applicable law, we provide statements of reasons to affected parties and information about redress options.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this AUP in accordance with Section 18 of the Terms of Service. Material changes will be notified in advance.
